Evolving the standard: CAR T-cell therapy in second-line treatment for relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma

CAR-T is a great option for patients with R/R disease. there are some patients we have been able to get through CAR-T that would not handle autologous transplant. One of the main things to consider: does the patient live close by or can they be housed nearby in case of reactions?

Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC): Chemotherapy and Myelosuppression

We do not have Cosela on formulary. While I agree patients' quality of life can be affected with these therapies, we either can dose reduce or extend the cycle to every 28 days rather than 21 days to be able to continue them on the same dose/help with their quality of life. Transfusions can also be given for our patients if they are symptomatic.
